Oldest Hotel in Iloilo – Hotel Del Rio
Located at MH Del Pilar Street Molo, is one of Iloilo’s finest first class hotels – Hotel Del Rio. It is Iloilo’s oldest hotel established on 1965, boasting its interior with finesse and class. Standing along Iloilo River, Hotel Del Rio can offer you a magnificent view of sundown. Accessibility is not an issue as well because malls and fast-food restaurants are just around the corner providing convenience for its guests. They have about 60 rooms and all have been rated with highly relaxing vibe at good prices.
More than 50 years old, Hotel Del Rio never fails to impress their guests with its amenities designed with elegance. Fusion of Spanish and European styled interior, Hotel Del Rio shows no clue being the oldest hotel. The hotel is always the first choice of soon-to-be husband and wife couple as their wedding reception venue. Sunset Terrace is the term given to their function room because it showcases a sunset view with the scenic Iloilo River. It can accommodate up to 400 guests.
By the lobby, Café Del Prado offers all-day meals and of course good coffee with live entertainment. They serve international dishes like steaks and grills, seafood plates and their specialties: callos, lengua and crispy pata. Opening hours of the café is from 5:00am to 1:00am.
